Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn Birkenstock products in their original shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid UPS return label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
