How do I know which size to order?

What is the difference between the Regular and Soft Footbed?
The Regular Footbed features our anatomically shaped cork-latex core, while the Soft Footbed includes an extra layer of integrated foam padding for immediate comfort from the first step.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items in original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging to receive a full refund.
How should I clean my BIRKENSTOCK sandals?
To maintain the cork, we recommend applying a thin layer of cork sealer when it appears dull. For suede or leather uppers, use a specialized brush or cleaner, and avoid exposing the footbed to extreme heat.
Do you offer repairs or resoling?
While we do not offer direct repair services, BIRKENSTOCK products are designed to be repairable. We recommend visiting a local authorized cobbler for resoling or cork repair to extend the life of your footwear.
